It not only integrates construction, electrical, installation, network and other professional technologies, but also requires rich experience in project implementation and management. The quality of the design and construction of the computer room of the network center is directly related to whether the computer system in the computer room can operate stably and reliably and whether all kinds of information communication can be guaranteed. 1. Overall construction of computer room project
The overall construction of the computer room project generally includes the following aspects: integrated wiring, anti-static floor laying, ceiling wall decoration, partition decoration, UPS power supply, special constant temperature and humidity air conditioning, computer room environment and power equipment monitoring system, fresh air system, water leakage detection, ground wire system, lightning protection system, access control, monitoring, fire protection, alarm, shielding works, etc.
2. Anti static floor laying
In the technical construction of computer room engineering, the ground engineering of computer room is a very important part. The machine room floor generally adopts anti-static raised floor. The raised floor is detachable, so it is convenient to connect wires and cables, pipes and repair and replace all equipment.
3. Partition decoration
In order to ensure that there is no inner column in the machine room, the machine room building often adopts a large-span structure. Its power supply quality requirements are very high, and UPS uninterruptible power supply should be used to ensure the stability and reliability of power supply. High quality cables, trunking and sockets shall be selected for electrical construction in the machine room. The power supply and distribution system of the machine room is the power guarantee for the safe operation of the machine room. The machine room often adopts the special power distribution cabinet of the machine room to regulate the power supply and distribution system of the machine room, so as to ensure the safety and rationality of the power supply and distribution system of the machine room. 5. Precision air conditioning system
The task of the precision air conditioning system in the machine room is to ensure the continuous, stable and reliable operation of the equipment in the machine room. It needs to discharge the heat emitted by the equipment and other heat sources in the machine room, maintain the constant temperature and humidity in the machine room, and control the dust content in the air of the machine room. Therefore, the precision air conditioning system in the machine room is required to have the ability of air supply, air return, heating, humidification, cooling, dehumidification and air purification.
The precision air conditioning system in the machine room is the most important equipment to ensure a good machine room environment, and the constant temperature and humidity precision air conditioning system should be adopted.
6. Fresh air ventilation system
The fresh air ventilation system of the machine room mainly has two functions: first, it provides enough fresh air for the machine room to create a good working environment for the staff; Second, maintain the positive pressure difference outside the machine room to avoid dust entry and ensure better cleanliness of the machine room.
The air distribution form in the machine room should be comprehensively considered in combination with the requirements of the computer system and the building conditions. The air duct and air outlet location of the new exhaust system should be reasonably arranged in coordination with the air conditioning system and indoor structure. Its air volume depends on the air supply volume of the air conditioner and the number of machine room operators. The general value is the fresh air volume per person: 50m/h. The fresh air ventilation system can adopt the hanging installation or cabinet unit, and the two-way independent circulation of fresh air and sewage air can be carried out through the air duct.
The fresh air ventilation system should be equipped with fire dampers and can be linked with the fire protection system. Once a fire accident occurs, the fresh air intake can be automatically cut off. If the machine room is unattended, there is no need to set up a fresh air ventilation system.
7. Grounding system
The grounding system of computer room is a comprehensive information processing project involving many aspects, and it is an important content in the construction of computer room. Whether the grounding system is good is one of the key problems to measure the construction quality of a computer room. The machine room generally has four grounding modes: AC working ground, safety protection ground, DC working ground and lightning protection ground. Two points should be paid attention to when grounding the machine room: (1) the signal system and power supply system, high-voltage system and low-voltage system should not use a common ground circuit. (2) The grounding of sensitive circuits shall be isolated or shielded respectively to prevent interference caused by ground reflux and electrostatic induction. The comprehensive grounding scheme should be adopted for the grounding of the machine room, and the comprehensive grounding resistance should be less than 1 ohm.
8. Lightning protection system
The lightning in the machine room is divided into direct lightning and induction lightning. The protection of direct lightning strike is mainly completed by the lightning rod installed in the building; The lightning protection of the machine room (including the lightning protection of the power supply system and weak current information system of the machine room) is mainly to prevent lightning surge caused by induction lightning and overvoltage caused by other reasons.
9. Monitoring system
The CCTV monitoring system of the computer room is not large in scale, but it is an indispensable link to establish the security mechanism of the computer room. It can monitor and record any event in the computer room for 24 hours.
10. Access control system
The computer room access control system mostly adopts the contactless intelligent IC card integrated management system. 11 water leakage detection system
The main sources of water damage in the machine room are: water leakage in the roof of the machine room; The floor of the machine room leaks due to the blockage of the water supply and drainage pipes; The drainage pipe of the air conditioning system is improperly designed or damaged and leaking; The air conditioning system is not well insulated to form condensate. Therefore, the leakage detection of computer room is one of the important contents of computer room construction and daily operation management. 12. Machine room environment and power equipment monitoring system
With the continuous improvement of social informatization, the number of computer systems in the computer room is increasing, and its environmental equipment is also increasing. The environmental equipment in the computer room (such as power supply and distribution system, UPS power supply, air conditioning, fire protection system, security system, etc.) must always provide a normal operating environment for the computer system. Therefore, it is particularly important to monitor the power equipment and environment of the machine room.
The computer room environment and power equipment monitoring system is mainly used to monitor the operation status, temperature, humidity, cleanliness, power supply voltage, current, frequency, switching state of distribution system, leakage detection system, etc. of the computer room equipment (such as power supply and distribution system, UPS power supply, lightning arrester, air conditioner, fire protection system, security access control system, etc.) in real time and record historical data, so as to realize the management functions of telemetry, remote signaling, remote control and remote adjustment of the computer room, It provides a strong guarantee for the efficient management and safe operation of the computer room.
13. Fire fighting system
