Function and composition

The hall of the emergency command center is the core place for emergency duty and emergency command. It is mainly used for emergency event handling and command, display and broadcast of various graphic and audio information, remote video conference, speech, local centralized control and other functions.

The emergency command center will involve the following subsystems:
