The white paper on data security governance 3.0 was officially released!

Recently, the 4th China data security governance Summit Forum, CO hosted by China (Zhongguancun) network security and Information Industry Alliance and the industry branch of China Security Association, was held in Beijing. After the second and third summits from 2018 to 2019 successively released versions 1.0 and 2.0 of the white paper on data security governance, this summit released version 3.0 again! The official launch of the report once again linked professional and authoritative enterprises and scientific research institutions in the industry who are interested in exploring the implementation of data security governance practices, and jointly carried out a systematic summary, sorting analysis and centralized presentation around the "new theories, new technologies and new practices" of data security governance!

Shen Changxiang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, pointed out that opportunities and challenges coexist in the era of digital economy. It is necessary to build an active immune guarantee system for network security, implement the requirements of hierarchical protection, and ensure the healthy development of digital economy. In recent years, 5g, industrial Internet and data center have received much attention and support, and the construction of new infrastructure has ushered in a "tuyere". "On the one hand, the new infrastructure will accelerate China's digital transformation, network reconstruction, intelligent upgrading and industrial upgrading. At the same time, due to the interconnection of everything under the new infrastructure, network attacks will also extend from digital space to physical space, and then pose serious challenges to network security. Therefore, we must actively respond to the threat of cyberspace hegemony and build a strong defense line for network security." Shen Changxiang said.

Li Xinshe, deputy director of the network security industry development center of the Ministry of industry and information technology, said that the relationship between security and development should be properly handled. At present, data security governance faces more management problems than technical problems. The purpose of data security governance should be to promote the security development of digital economy society. Combined with the legal requirements related to data security and the relevant construction achievements and practical experience since the promulgation and implementation of ISO 2.0, Ren Weihong, director of the Technology Department of the information security graded protection evaluation center of the Ministry of public security, said that the graded protection system should be deepened for the obligation of data security protection, so as to continue to vigorously promote the development of national data security construction.

7. Update the key technologies of data security - add data asset sorting, differential privacy, data security operation and maintenance, data watermarking and data usage traceability, multi-level data protection, etc;

8. New emerging cutting-edge technologies of data security: multi-party computing, federated learning, data security virtualization engine, data security SaaS capabilities, etc
